Ingredients
- 7 oz tomato paste
- 6 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp green enchilada sauce (Fody brand for low FODMAP)
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1/4 tsp chili powder chipotle or Mexican hot
- 1/4 tsp baking soda

Instructions
- In a container that holds at least 2 cups, stir together all of the ingredients, except the baking soda.
- Add the baking soda and stir. The sauce will start to bubble. This is the expected reaction from adding the baking soda. Stir until the sauce is all the same color.
- Let the sauce sit for at least 30 minutes before using it to allow the flavors to come together.
