- 1/3 cup frozen peas
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 oz. rosemary and olive oil Asiago cheese
- 1 1/2 cups butter lettuce torn
- Microwave peas and water for 1 minute. Let sit 5 minutes. Drain.
- Cut the cheese into small cubes.
- Place the lettuce in the serving bow. Add the peas and cheese on top.
The salad will keep well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
