- 24 large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1/4 cup extra light olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Evenly space the shrimp over two large glass baking dishes.
- Drizzle the oil evenly over the shrimp.
- Sprinkle ¼ tsp of salt and ¼ tsp of pepper over the shrimp.
- Turn the shrimp over. Sprinkle with the remaining salt and pepper.
- Bake for 4 – 7 minutes until fully cooked.

- Alongside red rice (ETP recipe).
- With soba noodles and bok choy.
