- 5 radishes
- 2 Tbsp green onions (dark green ends only)
- 2 Hass avocados (large)
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
Ingredients

- Finely dice the radishes.
- Cut the dark green ends off of the green onions. Finely dice the dark ends.
- Remove the pit from the avocado, and scoop the flesh into a shallow bowl. Mash the avocado until it’s mostly smooth.
- Add the radishes, green onions, lemon juice, and salt to the avocado. Stir until well mixed.
- Chill for an hour for the flavors to develop.
Serving Suggestions:
- Serve with tortilla chips.
- Serve with rice crackers.
- Serve with Strawberry Salsa.
- Put on a turkey burger.
