Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp green onions (dark green ends only)
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 pint strawberries
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 pinches salt

Instructions
- Cut the dark green ends off of the green onions. Finely dice the dark ends.
- Finely dice the cilantro.
- Dice the strawberries.
- Place the strawberries, green onions, cilantro, oil, and vinegar in medium bowl. Sprinkle with 1 pinch of salt.
- Stir to coat the strawberries and mix in the cilantro and green onions. Sprinkle with a second pinch of salt. Stir the strawberries a few more times.
- Chill for an hour for the flavors to develop.
