Cut the dark green ends off of the green onions. Finely dice the dark ends.
Finely dice the cilantro.
Place the strawberries, green onions, cilantro, oil, and vinegar in medium bowl. Sprinkle with 1 pinch of salt.
Stir to coat the strawberries and mix in the cilantro and green onions. Sprinkle with a second pinch of salt. Stir the strawberries a few more times.
Chill for an hour for the flavors to develop.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
