- 2 avocados
- 2 cups fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1/4 cup water use as needed
Ingredients

- Cut the avocados lengthwise around the pit. Twist the halves to separate them. Carefully remove the pit. Use a spoon to scoop out meat of the avocado away from the peel.
- Put the avocado, basil, lemon juice, and salt in a blender.
- Blend until the basil is finely minced and the sauce is smooth. Add water as needed to help blend the ingredients into a smooth sauce.
Serving Suggestions:
- Use as a salad dressing.
- Serve over pasta or zucchini noodles.
