Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp corn starch
- 1 Tbsp ground cumin
- 3/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1/16 tsp chili powder add to taste
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Stir until well mixed. Set aside.
- Cut the chicken in ½ inch cubes.
- Place the chicken and oil in a medium skillet. Stir to coat the chicken.
- Heat the skillet on medium heat.
- Add ½ of the spice mix to the chicken. Stir to coat the chicken.
- Add the reminder of the spice mix and stir until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Stir the chicken after 5 minutes. Try to flip the pieces over when possible.
- Stir after 5 more minutes. Check if the chicken is done. When it is done, it will be tender and white all of the way through. Cook for an additional 2 – 5 minutes as needed.
