Instructions
- Place the eggs in a pot with water so that the water is 1 inch over the egg.
- Set a timer for 20 minutes. Heat to water on high until it boils.
- Turn the heat down to medium-high.
- When the timer rings, run the eggs under cold water for 1 minute.
- Remove the egg shell.

Notes:
Stored in an air tight container in the refrigerator, hard boiled eggs will keep for a few days.
Serving Suggestions:
- Chop and add to a salad.
- Used to make avocado egg salad.
