- 4-5 stems fresh chives (~1 Tbsp diced)
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp white Modena vinegar
- 1/8 tsp Himalayan salt
- Finely dice the chives. Place them in a small jar.
- Add the oil, lemon juice, vinegar, and salt to the jar.
- Shake well before using.
- Drizzle over your favorite salad.
- Use to season quinoa.
- Drizzle over steamed broccoli.
