- 5 medium red potatoes
- 3 cups water
- 3/4 cup yogurt (lactose free if needed)
- 3 Tbsp ghee
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt

Instructions
- Peel the potatoes, and cut them into 1 inch thick pieces.
- Place the potatoes and water in a medium pot. Bring to a boil on high heat. Reduce to a simmer. Cook until potatoes are soft.
- Drain the water from the potatoes.
- Add the yogurt, ghee, and salt to the potatoes. Mash with a potato masher or a fork until smooth.
