27 Feb Microwaved Sweet Potatoes

Instructions
- Wash the potatoes. Poke holes in each potato with a fork 6 – 8 times, depending on the size. This will allow the steam to escape.
- Place the potatoes on a microwave-safe plate. Put the plate in the microwave.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Turn the potatoes over. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- If the potatoes are very soft, they are done. If not, cook for another 3 – 5 minutes.
