Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Celtic sea salt

Instructions
- Rinse the quinoa once.
- In a medium pot (with lid), combine the water, quinoa, oil, and salt.
- Heat the pot on high to bring to a boil.
- When the quinoa is at a boil, put the lid on the pot and turn the heat to low.
- Cook for 15 minutes. The water should be completely absorbed.

Serving Suggestions:
- Serve with saag paneer (ETP recipe).
- Serve with dal (lentils).
