Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 1 cup water

Instructions
- All ingredients in a medium-sized skillet. Mix spices in. Using a spatula, chop the meat into small pieces.
- Cook on medium heat for 7 minutes. Using a spatula, chop the meat into small pieces, and stir.
- Add tomato paste. Stir. Cook for 2 – 3 minutes. Add water. Cook for an additional 1 – 4 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
