Ingredients
- 2 red bell peppers
- 6 radishes
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp Celtic sea salt
- 1 lb potatoes
- 16 oz frozen peas
- 3 cups water

Instructions
- Using a food processor, chop the bell peppers and radishes until they are very fine.
- Transfer the veggies to a medium-large pot. Add the tomato paste, oil, turmeric, garam masala, cumin, and salt. Stir until well mixed. Heat on medium for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- If the potatoes are large, peel them. If they are baby potatoes, leave them unpeeled. Cut the potatoes into one-bite pieces.
- Add the potatoes, peas, and water to the pot. Stir.
- Put a lid on the pot. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Stir. Reduce the heat to medium low. Cook for 10 additional minutes.
- Stir. Cook for 10 more minutes. When done, the potatoes will be soft.
