- 1 bunch Swiss chard
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup arugula
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1/8 tsp turmeric
- 2 dashes Himalayan salt

Instructions
- Derib chard.
- Blend greens and ½ cup water until smooth.
- Heat oil and spices on medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Stir in blended greens. Cook on medium heat. Stir after 10 minutes. It should be bubbling. Continue cooking on medium for additional 5 minutes and stir.
- Lower heat to medium-low. Cook for 5 minutes. Add ¼ cup water, and stir. Cook for an additional 10 minutes, stir.
- Cook for 10 more minutes. When the saag is done, it will be thick and deep green in color.
